Basically this picture came from a conversation I had with =Kaelita-kun in which she mentioned that she like Watson and his nerdy sweaters. I quite enjoy Sherlock and loved the sheet scene and thus this picture was born. So, yes the two girls are suppose to be Kaelita and Mia and if you don't know who those people are, check out ahs.
